30 day shred - Day 2

I did Level 1 again today but used the 5lb dumbbells instead of the 1 lb ones. That made it a lot harder, yikes! Anyway, the workout felt good again today. I did modify it slightly because my friend scared me about doing anything high impact until I go in for my 6 week post-partum checkup. There aren't really a lot of high impact moves in Level 1, but I did modify the jumping jacks some so that I felt a little better about it. Anyway, definitely a few more days of Level 1 with the 5lb weights ahead!
